The SpeedMark® laser software not only centrally controls laser processing, but also offers automation-friendly interfaces when it comes to connecting external data and control commands. Endless scripting possibilities ensure consistent quality for recurring markings. Mark legibility is guaranteed by high-quality lenses and components.
The SpeedMark® software features a process-oriented graphical interface. This means that marking processes can be mapped visually without extensive programming knowledge. The integrated parameter database for various materials also helps to save time. This reduces your rejects to a minimum – for both customised products and series production.
The software and the machine are designed to ensure not only simple and intuitive operation, but also complete safety when handling the laser cell. The automated lifting door, the indexing plate for quick workpiece change, and the design of the machine's lighting and windows increase work ergonomics and productivity. All productivity-enhancing functions and options always take into account maximum safety of the laser and the machine.

Mark inclined planes, spheres, bowls, cylinders and tubes up to 100 times faster. There are two functions for this at Trotec: On the one hand, the assembly function and on the other, segmentation. With the help of the assembly function, dynamic content can be easily generated for each part. Segmentation ensures that the marking head can be positioned over the entire tray for optimum quality.
You can use the indexing plate to increase productivity in handling. This allows for shorter loading cycles. In addition, material removal can be accelerated by using higher laser power.
